For three years we have held our prices exactly where they were. That was a choice, not an oversight, and we want to explain what changes next year and why it still costs you nothing to keep today's price.

Since 2023, costs across the sector have climbed steadily, but our rates have not moved at all. We absorbed three years of inflation so that the children who need this provision could keep receiving it.
From the 2026/27 academic year, our rates rise for the first time in three years. The increase is modest and deliberately kept below the combined CPI of the period we held. It applies to new programmes starting next year. At the same time, we are strengthening the offer with a set of new services that go further for your pupils and your central team — most included at no extra charge, plus an optional family-calling add-on for just £1 a week.
The important part: if you commit to an Annual 2026/27 programme before the end of this academic year, the Annual commitment level holds your price exactly where it is today. You pay today's rate, and you receive every new service. The full mechanism is on page 3.

A price update should come with more value, not less. Four of these are included with your programme; the two family-calling services are an optional add-on you can opt into for just £1 a week.

A team of therapists reviews lesson recordings for each pupil's social and emotional welfare, flagging what a register never shows and feeding it back into care.
A refreshed school dashboard and a new trust-level dashboard, so central teams can see engagement, attendance and value for money across every school in real time.

The further ahead you commit, the more we can give our best teachers the long-term certainty they need to fully dedicate themselves to your pupils and build the strongest possible courses. We pass that stability straight back to you as a lower rate.

The Annual commitment level holds the price we have charged for three years. Sign an Annual programme before the year ends and you keep today's rate exactly. Pay-as-you-Go and Termly are the new, more flexible options that sit above it.

Lock-in requires a signed 2026/27 contract before the end of this academic year, with a fixed start date and an Annual programme that runs across the year. Page 4 shows exactly how to do it.
Every rate is set per category and per commitment level: Pay-as-you-Go, Termly or Annual. The longer you commit, the lower the rate, and the Annual rate holds the price we have charged for the last three years. All prices ex-VAT.

Start from the 15-hour Core, then add either block below. Each add-on block is 3 hours per student per week, and the Electives block delivers two subjects across those 3 hours. The price is for the whole 3-hour block, not per hour — so 3 hours of Electives (both subjects) is £35.00 Pay-as-you-Go. Add both blocks for a complete timetable, at the same three commitment levels.

Each block above is a flat 3 hours per student per week: the two chosen Electives together fill the 3 hours, so £35.00 Pay-as-you-Go buys the whole block, not each subject or each hour.
Attendance & pre-start family calling: proactive calls home when a pupil's attendance dips, plus a welcome call to the parent or carer before the programme starts. £1 per student per week.
Therapy (Evolve) is a monthly subscription of four 1-hour 1:1 sessions, about £45 per session, with a free trial before you commit.
